At the moment Lakeshore Lions Arena is under construction. It will be the practice facility for the NHL Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Marlies. The following sports organizations will use this arena: Etobicoke Dolphin Girls Hockey League; Faustina Sports Club; Hockey Hall of Fame; Hockey Canada. 500 hours of free rink time will be allocated for students of Toronto District School Board.

The 260,000 square feet recreation complex will provide 3 NHL regulation ice surfaces and an Olympic sized surface.
