Honestly, I do not have medical degree, hence can not answer from medical point of view. But on a bright side, your doctor already cleared you for this activity.
As any activity in the water, Aquafitness is not putting too much stress on your body. As a suggestion, speak to instructor in the pool and do some trial before signing in for the program.

I am pregnant and was wondering if it is safe/ok to join the Aquafitness classes? My doctor has cleared me to take part, but I was just wondering if these classes are ok for pregnant women to join?

I have been there with my family , what an amazing pool . From the moment you walk in the building it is bright and open , the front desk staff are always smiling and friendly . The pool itself is in one word ” WOW ” , it has a slide , diving boards and a fountain ! My kids loved it and the prices are affordable .
The manager Daryl is always around and always so helpful to answer any questions for whatever you need . I highly recommend this pool for some fun with the family .
